Celebrating Traditions;

 Native American Arts and Cultures

Celebrating Traditions was established as a Non Profit Organization in 1997.  It originally was developed solely to promote Native American Events,.  By 2001 Its Mission and Goals Statement had been revised to include programs that not only hosts events, but serves the Native and Non Native communities as well.    Seven Programs are now the make-up of CT.

  1)  Medicine Winds News Native American and Military Newspaper shares culture, history, current events, and language for 583 Tribes.  As well as military history, equipment, personnel, and news for Stateside Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, and Navy.  Due to the fact that there are more Native peoples serving (per capita) in the military than any other ethnic group- this combination has been a natural fit.

  2)  Crossed Arrows and Iron Woman Veteran Societies

  3)  Native Village Encampment

  4)  Tue Wasape / Thunder Horse Drum Groups

  5)  Puhi Tekwap Comanche Language

  6)  Eagle Vision Graphic Design

  7)  Ruby Star Keepsake Urns
