Crossed Arrows Veterans' Society

  The Crossed Arrows Society originated in 2001 as the Northwest War Scouts, inducted by Comanche elder Melvin Kerchee Sr.  (Comanche)In 2004 the War Scouts changed their name to the Crossed Arrows Society in honor of descendants of L troop 7th Cavalry of Ft Sill, who were the first trainers of Special Forces.

  Today the Crossed Arrows Society is 368 members strong and hosting cultural educational seminars for young students and Native Village Programs for elders,  To become a member you must be a Man veteran who has completed Basic Training or a First Responder.  (Auxiliary Members are family members).

Iron Woman

Veterans' Society

  The Iron Woman Society is named after Lady Sioux Warrior Mazaksa, who defended her husband' body from mutilation by Custer's men at the Battle of Greasy Grass on June 25, 1876.  We are NOT Iron WOMEN, we represent Iron Woman.

  Our organization was established as a program of Celebrating Traditions in 2004. and was inducted into an organization by Comanche Elder Melvin Kerchee Sr.

  This organization is a group of lady veterans dedicated to helping other veterans and children.

  To become a member of the Iron Woman Society you must be a lady veteran who has completed Basic Training, or a lady First Responders.  (Auxiliary Members are family members or friends).,
